Federal Resume

In the US, there's a type of resume called Federal Resume which is the one used specifically to apply for jobs in the Federal Government. It's one of three documents that are accepted as official application for vacancies in Federal positions.



Like any resume, it's a summary of the candidate's relevant job experience, studies and skills. However, a standard resume shouldn't be used in these cases, since there are many differences in terms of format, content and even length. The main difference regarding its content is that some specific information is required, otherwise you will likely be eliminated from the selection process.
